We do not offer International Shipping.
Most orders are shipped using standard, overland 5-day delivery schedules. We use the United Parcel Service under most circumstances.
2nd Day or 3rd Day Shipment.
You can select Next Day or 2nd Day shipment services to reduce the time in transit with UPS. Most in-stock orders will ship within our usual order processing time of 2 business days. However, please allow up to 4 business days for us to pack and ship. The total time to receive your package is dependent on the shipping method you choose. The total delivery time is calculated as: (2-4 days for us to pack and ship) + (shipping transit time) = Total Delivery Time
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within our home State of Louisiana. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the State. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State and is not kept by this Store. If you have a question about sales tax, please contact the store via e-mail, phone or at your next visit.
Payment for orders will be made via your credit card at time of processing. Sales tax and shipping charges will be added. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of receiving your online order. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order was successful.
Please note that all charges are stated in United States currency. All weights are stated in US measurements (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.
With prior approval through Calhoun Bend Mill, we will accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. So be sure you're ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us through the Contact Us section.
