2 packages Calhoun Bend Mill Cherry Crunch Mix
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Sticks Butter or Margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup Oats (Quick 1-Minute Oats)
1/2 cup Walnuts or Pecans (optional)
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet)
1 (8-oz.) Cream Cheese
1 lb. box Powdered Sugar
1 stick Butter or Margarine
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- To make the cookies, combine crunch mix, flour, eggs, margarine, vanilla, oats, nuts and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
- DROP by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- BAKE at 350° for 9–11 minutes
- To make the icing, mix cream cheese, sugar, margarine and vanilla. Cream with mixer until smooth. Spread on cooled cookies.
