YOU WILL NEED:

• PIE CRUST: 1-9 inch: Ready To Eat Crust (graham, shortbread, or pretzel) OR Frozen* Pie Crust (regular/traditional) OR Refrigerated* Pie Crust OR Pie Crust Mix*
• STRAWBERRIES: 1 Pint (1 LB) Fresh OR Frozen (thaw & drain)
• WATER: ¾ Cup
• WHIPPED CREAM: 1 Container (optional)

*If using Frozen Pie Crust OR Refrigerated Pie Crust OR Pie Crust Mix, pre-bake according to package directions, cool completely.
 

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

1. COMBINE pie mix and water in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, stir until mix dissolves.
2. MICROWAVE 3-4 minutes. Allow mixture to boil/bubble for at least 30 seconds. Watch carefully as mixture may boil over! Remove and stir thoroughly.
3. FOLD 2 cups strawberries (sliced or whole) into mixture.
4. POUR mixture into pie crust.

5. CHILL pie in refrigerator, uncovered, for at least 2-3 hours or until set. If desired, top with whipped cream. Store in refrigerator covered.

    

TASTY VARIATIONS:

• Strawberry Cheesecake Delight - Blend 1 Pkg. 8 OZ cream cheese and 1 Cup Confectioners Powdered Sugar until smooth. Spread cream cheese mixture into deep dish ready to eat or pre-baked pie crust. In step 4 above, pour pie mixture over cream cheese and continue to step 5.
