Ingredients:
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons of milk
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of instant yeast
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of warm water
1/3 cup of warm milk
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of oil
1-2 cups of flour
1 apple
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of water
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Instructions:
CRUMBLE: combine the Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Crisp Mix with 1/2 stick of melted butter and stir until crumbly. Set aside.
APPLE MIXTURE: peel and core 1 apple and cut into small cubes. Combine with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of water, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and set aside.
GLAZE: combine 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1-2 tablespoons of milk (for a thicker or thinner consistency).
DOUGH: Combine the yeast, sugar, water, and milk in a bowl and whisk until the yeast dissolves. Add in the salt, oil, and 1-2 cups of flour until you have a soft dough. Knead on a floured surface for around 4-5 minutes. Leave the dough in a covered dish for 15-20 minutes until the dough has risen. Set aside about 1/4 cup of the dough for the crust later. Take the rest of the dough and press it into a circle. Roll the remaining dough into a long worm shape and wrap it around the pizza to make the crust.
COMBINE: sprinkle the crumble topping all over the pizza. Place the apple bits on top of the crumble topping. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees or until the pizza is a golden brown color. Drizzle the glaze over the pizza.
