Ingredients:
🍨 2 boxes of Calhoun Bend Mill Blueberry Crumble Mix
🍨 1 stick of butter
🍨 16 oz of cream cheese
🍨 1 cup of powdered sugar
🍨 4 cups of heavy whipping cream
🍨 1/4 cup of sugar
🍨 1 (21 oz) can of strawberry pie filling
🍨 1 (21 oz) can of blueberry pie filling
Directions:
🗽 CRUMBLE: mix 2 boxes of Calhoun Bend Mill Blueberry Crumble Mix with 1 stick of melted butter. Set aside
🗽 CREAM CHEESE FILLING: using a mixer, mix the 16oz of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar. In a separate bowl using a mixer, mix the 4 cups of heavy cream with 1/4 cup of sugar. Mix until you get stiff peaks. Using a spoon, combine the cream cheese mixture with the whipped cream mixture and stir together.
🗽 ASSEMBLY: line a casserole dish with parchment paper and pour half of the crumble layer on the bottom. Press down to make a bottom crust. Add 1/3 of the cream cheese whipped cream layer. Spread the strawberry pie filling over top of the whipped cream layer. Add another whipped cream layer and then pour the blueberry pie filling on top of it. Place another whipped cream layer and finish off by coating the top with the rest of the crumble mixture. Let it sit in the fridge for 8-10 hours before serving!
