Knead on a floured surface for around 4-5 minutes. Leave the dough in a covered dish for 15-20 minutes until the dough has risen. Set aside about 1/4 cup of the dough for the crust later. Take the rest of the dough and press it into a circle. Roll the remaining dough into a long worm shape and wrap it around the pizza to make the crust.
