1 package White Gravy Mix
White Pepper, to taste (optional)
Chopped Chives
Basil Leaves

Directions

1. Prepare Calhoun Bend Mill Fried Green Tomatoes according to package directions.

2. Prepare the white gravy mix according to package directions adding a touch of white pepper for zip.
3. • Lay fried green tomatoes on plate, drizzle with white pepper gravy, sprinkle with chopped chives and garnish with basil leaf.
