
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Crisp Mix
- 2 limes
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 16oz of cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup of sugar
Directions:
1. Mix the Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Crisp Mix with 1/2 stick of melted butter until crumbly. Spread evenly onto a foil line baking sheet. Bake 375˚F for 10-15 minutes (stirring halfway through baking time) until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
2. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, sugar, condensed milk, and the juice and zest from 2 limes. Place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
3. Alternate in a cup layers of the crumble mixture and the cream cheese mixture.
