Lemon Blueberry Crumble Cups

Ingredients:
-    1 box of Calhoun Bend Mill Blueberry Crumble Mix
-    ½ stick of butter
-    1 jar of lemon curd or lemon pie filling
-    Whipped cream
-    Fresh Blueberries 


Directions:
1.    Combine the Calhoun Bend Mill Blueberry Crumble Mix with ½ stick of melted butter and stir until crumbly. Spread evenly onto a foil line baking sheet. Bake 375˚F for 10-15 minutes (stirring halfway through baking time) until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. 
2.  Add the layers: 1) Blueberry Crumble 2) Lemon Curd 3) Fresh Blueberries 4) Whipped cream 
         5) Fresh Blueberries on top. 
3.  Enjoy!
