Orange Blueberry Crumble Bread
Bread:

2 cups of flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 cup of sugar

Zest from 1 orange

Juice from 1 orange

1/2 vegetable oil

1/2 cup of whole milk

2 eggs

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1.5 cups of fresh blueberries
Crumble:

1 box of Calhoun Bend Mill Blueberry Crumble Mix

1/2 stick of butter
Drizzle:

1 cup of powdered sugar

2-3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
Instructions:

Whisk the sugar and the orange zest in a large bowl until the sugar looks slightly orange. Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk the oil, whole milk, vanilla extract, orange juice, and eggs. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir. Fold in the fresh blueberries.

In a separate bowl, combine the Calhoun Bend Mill Blueberry Crumble Mix with a half a stick of melted butter and stur until crumbly.

Pour the batter into a greased bread loaf pan. Pour the crumble mixture on top and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. To keep the top from burning, mid way through the bake you can put a sheet of tin foil over the bread loaf.

once the loaf has cooled, combine the powdered sugar and orange juice and drizzle over the top of the loaf
