Orange Blueberry Crumble Bread

🍊💙 Orange Blueberry Crumble Bread 💙🍊
🍊 2 cups of flour
🍊 1 teaspoon of baking powder
🍊 1/2 teaspoon of salt
🍊 1 cup of sugar
🍊 Zest from 1 orange
🍊 Juice from 1 orange
🍊 1/2 vegetable oil
🍊 1/2 cup of whole milk
🍊 2 eggs
🍊 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
🍊 1.5 cups of fresh blueberries
🍊 1 box of Calhoun Bend Mill Blueberry Crumble Mix
🍊 1/2 stick of butter
🍊 1 cup of powdered sugar
🍊 2-3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice
💙 Whisk the sugar and the orange zest in a large bowl until the sugar looks slightly orange. Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt and whisk until well combined.
💙 In a separate bowl, whisk the oil, whole milk, vanilla extract, orange juice, and eggs. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir. Fold in the fresh blueberries.
💙 In a separate bowl, combine the Calhoun Bend Mill Blueberry Crumble Mix with a half a stick of melted butter and stur until crumbly.
💙 Pour the batter into a greased bread loaf pan. Pour the crumble mixture on top and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. To keep the top from burning, mid way through the bake you can put a sheet of tin foil over the bread loaf.
💙 once the loaf has cooled, combine the powdered sugar and orange juice and drizzle over the top of the loaf
