Wookie Apple Cakes

Ingredients: 
🐵 1 1/2 cups of sugar 
🐵 1/2 cup of brown sugar 
🐵 1 1/2 cups of vegetable oil 
🐵 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract 
🐵 3 eggs 
🐵 3 cups of flour 
🐵 1 teaspoon of baking soda 
🐵 1 tablespoon of cinnamon 
🐵 1 teaspoon of salt 
🐵 3-4 apples 

Crumble topping: 
🐵 1 box of Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Crisp Mix 
🐵 1/2 stick of butter 

Glaze: 
🐵 2 cups of powdered sugar 
🐵 3-4 tablespoons of whole milk 
🐵 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions: 
🐵 Using a mixer, beat the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs and oil together. 
🐵 Stir in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. 
🐵 Fold in the pealed, cored, and cubed apples. 
🐵 Combine the Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Crisp Mix with 1/2 stick of melted butter and combine until crumbly. Using about half of the crumble mix, place on the bottom of a greased muffin pan (about and inch).
🐵 Pour the batter over the crumble mix.
🐵 Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. 
🐵 Pour the rest of the crumble mix topping over the cakes and continue baking for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
🐵 Combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
🐵 Once the cakes are cooled, pour the glaze over top!
