Spiced Peach Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
πŸ‘ 2 large peaches pits removed and chopped
πŸ‘ 1 box of Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Crisp Mix
πŸ‘ 1.5 cups of cooked white rice
πŸ‘ 1 cup whole milk
πŸ‘ 1 egg
πŸ‘ 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
πŸ‘ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
πŸ‘ 4 tablespoon of butter
πŸ‘ 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla

Instructions:
πŸ‘ Boil your peaches for approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove, run cold water over the top, and remove the peel. Chop and put into a stovetop pan with 1/4 cup of Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Crisp Mix and a tablespoon of butter. Let it simmer for a few minutes while frequently stirring.
πŸ‘ Add in the cooked rice and whole milk. Let it simmer while stirring occasionally. πŸ‘ In a separate bowl mix the egg, whole milk, and cinnamon. Add this mixture to the rice mixture. Let it thicken for around 5-10 minutes.
πŸ‘ Make the crumble topping by combining 3 tablespoons of butter and the rest of the Calhoun Bend Mill Apple Crisp Mix.
