 
Ingredients: 
🍒 1 box of Calhoun Bend Mill Cherry Crunch Mix 
🍒 1/2 whole oats 
🍒 1/2 cup of chopped dried cherries 
🍒 1/2 cup of honey 
🍒 1/2 cup of chocolate chips divided 
🍒 1/2 stick of butter 
Instructions: 
🍫 Combine 1/2 stick of melted butter with the cherry crunch mix and stir until crumbly. Spread the crunch mix evenly onto a foil line baking sheet. Bake 350˚F for 10-15 minutes (stirring halfway through baking time) until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.  
🍫 Add in the chopped cherries, 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, and oats. Stir until evenly dispersed. 
🍫 Heat 1/2 cup of honey in the microwave for 40 seconds. Let it cool for a minute and then stir into the mixture. 
🍫 Pour into a baking dish lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer and drizzle 1/4 cup of melted chocolate chips on top.
