You Will Need
Cookie:
- 1 package Calhoun Bend Mill Cherry Crunch Mix
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 stick unsalted butter or 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup oats (Old Fashioned Oats)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (Optional)
Icing:
- 4-oz. cream cheese or 1/2 the cream cheese brick
- 1 1/2 cup powered sugar
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp. whole milk
Directions for Cookie
- Best if using a stand mixer or electric mixer, combine crunch mix, flour, egg, softened butter, vanilla, oats, cranberries and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
- Spoon out cookie dough 2 inches apart onto baking sheet pan.
- Bake at 350° for 16 minutes.
Directions for Icing
- Using a stand mixer or electric mixer, add softened butter and cream cheese and allow mixing for 2-3 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and begin slowly adding the powered sugar. Scape sides of bowl if necessary.
- Add milk to thin out the icing and drizzle over cooled cookies.
