Crunchy Berry Crisp

Ingredients

1 cup Fresh Blueberries
1 cup Fresh Blackberries
1 cup Fresh Raspberries
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 package Calhoun Bend Mill Cherry Crunch Mix
Ice cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375˚F.
  2. Place all berries in buttered square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Prepare Calhoun Bend Mill Cherry Crunch Mix according to package directions; spread mixture on top of berry mixture.
  4. Bake about 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
